B. Warren Brown writes thrilling adventure stories featuring CIA Assassin John Lake.
Brown’s writing is informed by over twenty years of military experience and a desire to entertain and transport readers.

B. Warren Brown studied International Relations at Sewanee College and law at the University of Georgia School of Law before joining the Army. He attended the U.S. Army’s Counterintelligence Agent Course before joining the Army JAG Corps.
Brown has lived in Italy, Germany, and Korea, and has traveled extensively. Units ranged from a tank brigade to the Army Staff. Duties included deploying to Kosovo and Afghanistan, serving as the legal advisor to an OSD Security Studies Institute in Bavaria and serving as a prosecuting attorney.

Brown enjoys travel and adventure, with experiences including open water sailing, open water SCUBA, rock climbing, high-altitude mountaineering, skiing, skydiving, white water canoeing, horseback riding, and motorcycling. He’s even taken flying lessons.
Brown writes adventure thrillers that draw upon these experiences. His goal is to place the reader vividly in each scene, highlighting the diversity of cultures and peoples around the world.
He lives in San Antonio, Texas with his spouse, Angie, dogs Boerne and Laredo, and cats Skip, Gizmo, and Bad Luck.
